I just wanted to drop you a line to say that we have just returned from a really wonderful stay at the chalet with 8 friends. The chalet staff were fantastic, efficient, friendly and accommodating to all our needs – we felt very well looked after. The food was excellent with a delicious cooked breakfast every day, really tasty canapes and first class evening meals. The whole of our group were very impressed and I am sure will be back again!
So a big thank you to the whole team and we shall be plotting a return trip as soon as possible.

Steph, Amie, Emma & Clara couldn’t have been more accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you ladies for making our Morzine experience so enjoyable. Loved the stories about the cheese of the day. We’re really impressed by the cooking abilities of the girls given their young age.

“The team were phenomenal nothing was too much trouble. They were courteous, attentive and brilliant when they had to put up with me being in the chalet more than intended due to injury. They made sure I was alright made me tea, brought afternoon tea to me on the couch and set up entertainment via the TV and cinema room for me to use. Robin and Julia made sure I was ok and were proactive asking me what I needed while also suggesting things to me. I didn’t have to ask for any help they provided it all”.
“I have a dairy allergy and Phil did an amazing job of making excellent meals for me and everyone else. Normally people will leave items off the plate or really limit the meal choices however the team were amazing. Special meals were made and it was divine. I really appreciated it. A fabulous holiday with no allergic reactions, unprecedented for me!”

“This is our 4th Ski Morzine Chalet and whilst it was undoubtedly the best chalet we have stayed in from your portfolio Becca and the Team were by far and away the best Ski Morzine Chalet Team. Basically they went out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday and bearing in mind how bad the snow was we had a great holiday and they were a credit to you and your company.

“Great location, attentive staff, fantastic food! – The Chalet Savoy is a very comfortable, clean and cosy base, in a great location, for a family or group ski holiday. A very central yet peaceful location, handy particularly for the Super Morzine lift and shuttle to Pleney lift, with après ski and shopping on your doorstep. The layout of the chalet is great with communal living areas on each of the three floors.
