Our Therapist - Sarah Stephen

Sarah has been qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist for over 12 years and has worked with professional and recreational athletes in the UK and New Zealand before coming to France in 2007. 

Sarah has the skill and experience to relieve your sore muscles and speed up your recovery if you are injured.

Deep tissue massage

We all know how an unsuspecting body can feel after a tough day on the slopes!  If its burning calf muscles, sore thighs or a stiff back, don’t put up with it… book Sarah to help you out! 

You will certainly feel great after one of Sarah’s massages.  We’ve had great feed-back from last year’s guests, so book early in the week to ensure she is available for you.

Physiotherapy

Whether you have a long standing injury or have pushed yourself down one too many slopes and sustained an injury, Sarah can provide Physio assessment, advice and treatment.  She is French registered so you may be able to recover the cost of treatment through your travel insurance

 

Prices for Physiotherapy and Sports Massage
1 hour  -  60€
1/2 hour - 40€

Treatments are charged to your room bill for payment at the end of your stay.
