New music festival comes to Avoriaz

Only three days to go before the music starts and we officially open the winter season in the Portes du Soleil in the coolest way with ‘Transitions Music Festival.

Transition is the sister festival of ‘Snowbombing’, an already established music festival in Austria. The guys behind this successful event realised that the Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil is the perfect venue and decided to bring it to our part of the Alps.

The festival runs from the 13th-19th and headlined by Dizzee Rascal. Other star performers include DJ sets from Wilkinson, Dave Pearce and T Williams.

We’ve had some amazing snow already and Avoriaz opened on the 5th and 6th of December.  This means the stage is well and truly set for this fun music event.
