The perfect way to prepare for the Ski Season!
This is not just a chalet cookery course but a Chalet Hosting course that will prepare you for the ski season and teach you everything you need to know about running a successful chalet with style, minimum fuss and become the Ultimate chalet host and give your guests the best ski holiday EVER!
With over 15 years of experience in the ski industry, we at Ski Morzine really know what we are talking about. This course is highly recommended and will give you confidence and a head-start over other candidates if you are applying for a chalet position this winter.
From the minute you arrive you will be immersed in the running of a chalet from making beds, shopping, preparing and serving food, to real guests.
A busy and fun course not for the faint hearted.
Through demonstrations, discussions and practical sessions, allied to comprehensive course notes and recipes you will get as close to chalet life as possible. You will prepare and serve breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner, giving you the chance to practice your skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.
The experience will be as authentic as possible.
Your course tutors, Sue and Barry Scott, will ensure that you will benefit from their experience as former teachers and chalet chef and host with Ski Morzine.
